A Sales Administrator prepares all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. The role will be varied and will include customer contact along with administration tasks. With full training provided for the role the required hours of work will be 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday. Tasks within this position will include: Processing orders.Providing outstanding levels of customer service and office-based support.Prepare quotations and update account information using our CRM system.Make travel arrangements, UK and overseas.Preparation of credit notes, invoices and export documentation.Use Sage to prepare sales orders and order acknowledgements.Liaise with the departments to gain information on orders, timings, quality issues.Communicate with the Operations Manager to plan installations.Office duties to include managing general and sales enquiries, delivery details and additional tasks.
