Civil / Criminal Litigation Solicitor - (Mid-Level).

This is a very exciting, high quality opportunity within a highly regarded team at this substantial national firm.

We are seeking applicants with a solid background in criminal litigation, with experience in providing professional advocacy to a wide range of individual clients and organisations, such as the NHS, Police, and Charities.

You will be advising preparing and presenting cases to Court on a wide and fascinating range of matters including Domestic Violence, Stalking, Sexual Risk Closure Orders. You will be interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements and providing crucial advice to a wide range of clients and institutions.

Regular responsibilities will include analysing and advising upon evidence, advising clients and attending interviews with clients. The role will involve a good deal of direct contact with the Police and other public bodies, so experience in this field would be advantageous.
