COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, YORK - Legal 500, regional law firm with strong links across the region with commercial and private clients - JOB REF: MD5795

• An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer is required to take on a key role in this successful Yorkshire based team.
• The firm are seeking applications from Commercial Property Lawyers with at least 10 years’ PQE in a wide range of transactions advising owner occupiers, landlords, lenders and SMEs
• You can expect to be managing a caseload that will include sales and acquisitions, Landord & Tenant matters, managing portfolios, secured lending and corporate support work.
• As a more senior member of the team, you will also be encouraged to be involved in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.
• You will also be involved in business development initiatives on behalf of the team and wider firm.
