Full-Time, Permanent

We are working with a leading Property Services and Construction Contractor to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their team, delivering Retrofit works to residential properties in Cambridge. Works include EWI, Loft Insulation, air source heat pumps and solar PV.

You will be responsible for the delivery of retrofit schemes to PAS and TrustMark standards, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach is taken to planned works programmes, maximising efficiency, value for money and customer satisfaction.

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple workstreams, leading a team of direct reports and subcontractors. You will be the clients' main point of contact and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, to specification and to the highest possible quality.

We are looking for somebody with experience of Planned Works within the Social Housing sector. Retrofit knowledge and experience would also be preferred.
