Two full time roles, working 37 hours per week are available.


Day to day duties of the role

  • Undertaking routine preparations of exam entry and registration details.
  • Despatching entries, scripts, papers, etc., to the various examining / assessment boards and issuing exam board assessment guidelines to the relevant academic staff.
  • Working closely with other Exams staff, ensuring that all entries from students have been received, are correct, and have been endorsed by the relevant tutor.
  • Processing exam entries and ensuring that all papers, etc., have been ordered from the appropriate examining bodies.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Evidence of an understanding of all funding methodologies within Further Education and Higher Education.
  • Evidence of meeting agreed objectives and milestones in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide evidence of successfully working as part of a team
  • Demonstrate effective organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
