A leading food manufacturing company based in Telford is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. If you possess the ability to challenge individuals, generate realistic figures, and demonstrate proven leadership skills with a track record of driving financial success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial operations with precision and efficiency.
  • Implement robust forecasting and budgeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR on strategic workforce planning.
  • Provide financial guidance to support operational decisions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Proven track record as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving results.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Accounting qualifications beneficial but not essential (QBE with relevant sector experience are encouraged to apply)
