An exciting Real Estate Investment business is recruiting for a Divisional Financial Controller. This is a crucial role whereby you will be leading Finance in the UK. It is a pivotal position as the business continues to expand in the UK.

As the Financial Controller, you will be leading finance and creating effective business processes, closely working with all businesses units in the UK and globally. You will work with the senior leadership team on financial targets and presenting to group as well, as budgeting/forecasting and planning. You will take responsibility for managing Investment projects and business partner with the Operations teams as well as Board Directors to fulfil and facilitate the projects to successful completion. This role will be hands on and will need someone who is willing to run a finance function from end to end as well as successfully manage projects.

You must be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent). You will have the ability to operate as a Financial controller in a fast paced environment. You will combine this with a positive and innovative attitude, constantly looking to improve and drive performance. You will demonstrate the ability to operate with senior colleagues in the business and being business aware. This a perfect role for someone who is excited by an opportunity to really have the autonomy and breadth of role where they will have the opportunity to make a real impact. The ideal candidate will be self-operational, willing to complete tasks both above and below your paygrade and essentially can hit the ground running.

This role will be paying a very strong basic salary and benefits package. Their offices are in Central London (Zone 1) and hybrid working is in full effect.
