Junior Administrator
Our very reputable client is a leading distributor of professional groundscare equipment in the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a school or college leaver to begin their career in the administrative field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Organise and maintain company files and documents
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform general office duties as required
Qualifications required:
- GCSE's /A-LEVEL/ NVQ
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
