OCDEA - Energy Assessor

This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced OCDEA to join a growing energy consultancy in the South Coast of England. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced SAP and SBEM assessors.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds
  • Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met
  • Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports
  • Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and ensure projects are in compliance with Part L regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an OCDEA and carrying out SAP calculations and assessments
  • Experience with SBEM software and carrying out relevant calculations
  • Full UK driving license
  • Live within a commutable distance to their offices in Dorset
