• Hold at least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Early Years Qualification.

• Have excellent communication skills and are proficient in English.
• Are collaborative, adaptable, and open to innovative practices.
• Are flexible thinkers, ready to embrace change.
• Preferably have experience working with SEN children.
