JOB TITLE – Product Launch & Project Manager
LOCATION – RICHMOND TW9
HOURS – HYBRID (50-50 WORKING)
SALARY - £70K PLUS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

My client is seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in new product development (NPD) within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves leading and coordinating new product launch programs, managing supply chain planning, sourcing decisions, and quality assessments to ensure readiness for product launch timing. The successful candidate will facilitate the handover from NPD to Operations post-launch and support project management activities to track product developments in line with agreed budgets and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent with relevant business experience.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of SOP activities within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Current understanding of GMP/GDP regulations and requirements.
- Strong Supply Chain process experience, including supplier contracts negotiation and execution.
- Experience managing relationships with suppliers, CMOs, logistics providers, wholesalers, and laboratories.
- End-to-end project management experience of new product launches involving multiple external participants.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including matrix team management, leadership, and stakeholder communication.
- Influential, persuasive, and a credible confident communicator.
- Ability to manage numerous and complex product launch projects concurrently to strict deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels/stakeholders.
