Pub Assistant Manager

Location Burgh Island (Live-in accommodation is available, subject to availability. This starts at £25.00 per week.)

Full time: 40-48 hours per week

Salary £28500-£30000 DOE

Here is a fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful team at one of England's oldest Devon Inns, situated in the relaxed coastal hideaway of Burgh Island with stunning views.

Your role as Assistant Manager will ensure guests receive the best experience possible in the bar and restaurant. Ideally, you will have managerial experience in a pub/café/restaurant setting. You will thrive working within a fast-paced F & B environment and be driven and motivated to go above and beyond for all customers and guests.

  • Pub Operations
  • Purchasing/Accounts/Budgets
  • Sales and Marketing
  • HR/Training
  • Health and Safety
