Barchester's award winning recruitment team have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join us. You will provide support to Care and Nursing Home Managers across the country, looking at their staffing needs, and recruiting into both clinical and non-clinical roles.

This is a home-based role, allowing you to take ownership of the recruitment process for your candidate pipeline. The division's Recruitment Manager will support you to develop your practice and knowledge, and work with you to ensure that you are delivering an exceptional service to our hiring managers and candidates. Required experience and qualifications:
12 months experience in care and nursing recruitment
Ability and motivation to provide an exceptional recruitment service from home
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Exceptional communication and organisation skills

Role and responsibilities:
Liaise with home managers, divisional directors, and administrators to understand each home's recruitment needs
Develop understanding of Barchester's USPs and promote these in all aspects of the role
Ensure vacancies are advertised where appropriate
Report vacancy figures to recruitment manager
Resource nurses and carers across job boards and social media
Screen candidates with enthusiasm to assess their suitability for each position
Support candidates and home administrators throughout the pre and post-offer process to minimise withdrawals
Contact new starters throughout their first 3 months to support retention
