This is an entry level role, which requires no recruitment experience but you’ll get ahead with a driven and hungry attitude. You’ll be able to learn from experienced Recruitment Professionals that can help coach you alongside your team of Recruiters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Using a range of techniques to source candidates
- Maintain contact with candidates to discuss potential opportunities over the phone and face to face.
- Updating and communicating via social media platforms
- Working on the internal CRM to keep data clean
- Candidate Registration
- Compliance and Admin
