???�? About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our client's school. Your excellent administrative skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the effective day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team and contribute to the success of the school.

?? Contract Information:

  • Temporary contract.
  • Full-time working pattern - Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm / Friday 8am-3:30pm.
  • Term time only.
  • Hourly rate - £12.00 - £12.50ph paid on a weekly basis through OA.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate student records and files, updating student data, and handling admissions-related paperwork.
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordination of school events and activities.
  • Managing communication with parents, students, and staff members, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely responses and forwarding messages as required.
  • Supporting the school leadership team with general administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures, including the management of the Enhanced DBS process. ??

�? What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check, as this is a requirement for the position.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
