Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our client is an independent Estate Agency who are highly successful and involved in both the residential and lettings markets. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator with listing experience to join their busy team in South Woodford.

The role:

·Generating new business and conducting market appraisals
·Converting market appraisals into listings
Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
Ensuring personal KPI’s are being met and exceeded.
Monitoring and promoting their online reviews.
Harnessing innovation and new business service provisions.
Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.
Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.

Ideal candidate:

·2 years experience in Lettings
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·Exceptional customer service
·Target and sales driven
·Professional and articulate
·Highly organised
·Full UK driving licence required

Salary £20,000 to £25,0000 depending on experience
OTE up to £50,000.00
