Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a prominent Performing Arts charity that promotes artistic excellence and innovation, in their search for an innovative and dedicated Senior New Partnerships Manager.

As the Senior New Partnerships Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring in partnerships with world and industry leading companies, bringing together the unique offerings for this Performing Arts charity to deliver high income and innovative partnerships.

Job Title: Senior New Partnerships Manager
Organisation: Performing Arts Charity
Salary:£49,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Location: London (Hybrid)
Responsible To: Associate Head of Corporate Development

Responsibilities:

  • Secure partnerships at the six-figure level and above, including pitching to, and negotiating with, C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Possess a target-driven and commercial approach and the ability to spot and maximise revenue generating opportunities.
  • Conduct a high volume of effective individual new business outreach to develop a strong individual pipeline.
  • Line manage the Corporate Memberships Manager and New Partnerships Manager, including responsibility for overseeing their workload, training, performance development, and regular coaching and feedback in one-to-one meetings.
  • Track and monitor team new business progress to ensure that the Corporate Development team maintains an ambitious new business pipeline proportionate to the Corporate Development income target.
  • Take personal responsibility for keeping up to date with the work of the organisation.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of personally soliciting corporate partnerships at the six-figure level and above.
  • Experience of dealing with C-suite individuals and senior volunteers.
  • Experience of line management.
  • A commercial outlook.
  • Able to respond quickly to multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to build strong, authentic relationships with supporters, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strategic and goal oriented.
