£35,000 - £45,000 + Great Training + Progression + Days Only, No Weekend + Overtime + Benefits (Annual Leave, Pension)

Workshop based (Plymouth, Liskeard, Callington and surrounding areas commutable)

Are you a Shipwright, Boat builder or marine engineer looking for a varied and interesting position where you will work on a range of high value marine vessels while being invested in with further specialist training in a days only role with sociable shifts and voluntary overtime to increase your earning?

This Is an interesting and important role within the engineering department of a nationally respected, blue chip business. You will be invested in and supported by a highly skilled team and be given the opportunity to display your technical prowess working on high value, interesting marine vessels.

This company are known nationally as experts in their field and pride themselves on the efficiency and quality of their service. Due to growth and a full order book they are looking to take on a Shipwright to support in the yard.

This is an interesting role where you will work on modern and wooden vessels. Duties will include general maintenance, painting and launching of vessels.

This is a great role for an experienced boat builder or shipwright who has worked on a range of modern older boats.

The role:

  • Boat Builder/Shipwright.
  • Days only, no weekends.
  • Some out of hours work to launch vessels.
  • Working on a range of interesting boats and marine vessels.

The candidate

  • Experienced Shipwright or Boat Builder.
  • Commutable to Plymouth

Maintenance and Painting experience.
