Berry Recruitment require a Sign Maker / Fitter to work for our new client in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

We are working with a new client in South Oxfordshire that commits to maintaining a great team and believes in cultivating a good working environment and working culture!

  • Job Title : Sign Maker / Fitter
  • Salary: £27,000 (DOE)
  • Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4.40PM

What You'll Do:

  • Apply graphics to a variety of substrates, including window graphics, panels, fascias, digital wall coverings, and vehicles
  • Carry out installations using power tools and access equipment
  • Interpret briefs accurately with a strong understanding of signage and manufacturing techniques
  • Print, cut, and laminate vinyl
  • Occasionally conduct site surveys
  • Enjoy a role that offers variety-not just on the production table, but also vehicle wrapping and out in the field!

About You:

  • Previous experience making and installing a wide range of signage, including vehicle graphics
  • Experience using plotters, large format printers, and laminators
  • Clean driving licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable, with good time-keeping and a strong work ethic
  • Sense of humour, professional, flexible, enthusiastic, good communicator, well-organised, and able to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the importance of health & safety
  • Experience of vehicle wrapping (desirable but not essential)
  • IPAF/PASMA/CSCS accreditations (desired but not essential)
