The Growth Engine is a new high energy direct sales function within TU which brings exciting opportunities for the right individuals to really make their mark. This newly formed department will be a busy hub of activity which provides fantastic opportunities for its team members and best in class service for our clients. We are creating a resilient, driven and highly enthusiastic team of professionals to join us at our busiest time to support TU’s continued growth -  all whilst having a little fun.

About the role:

In the role of Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role to increase revenue and market share of all TU products and services within T4 Segments and sectors.

The BDR will facilitate and close sales between single products and solution-selling set offerings along with execute on contract negotiations. The BDE will also be responsible for the protection and growth for their allocated portfolio as well as prospect for new business.

  • Experience of working in a sales role and/or working with challenging targets within B2B/B2C sectors

  • Account management and experience of growing accounts to achieve targets

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Display good sales ability and skills

  • Able to meet individual and team KPIs

  • Negotiation skills and able to articulate well

  • Highly self-motivated and acts with integrity

  • Sales driven with a proven ability to work towards targets
