La Fosse have partnered with a leading not-for-profit organisation who are looking for a Change Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The Change Manager will be working with the Programme Manager and SLT to deliver the "new ways of working" to all affected employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the case for change and the benefits framework that links change delivery to the achievement of operational benefits.
  • Develop a clear change management strategy, approach and detailed methodology.
  • Provide a training needs analysis and training implementation plan.
  • Ensure that changes are effectively embedded into impacted teams and that, as far as possible, operational stability is maintained during transition.
  • Run post implementation reviews to ensure that new capabilities are embedded and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience Needed:

  • Successful track record of delivering change in a major programme.
  • Project working, particularly involving operational and process change.
  • Benefits management and delivering continuous improvement.
  • Change management principles, methodologies and tools (PROSCI, ADKAR etc).
  • Understanding of digital technologies used in internal communications.
