Clinical Solicitor/Legal Executive

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the largest Clinical Negligence departments in the UK with a team of credible, experienced Clinical Negligence professionals.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of quality Clinical Negligence claims, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in court.

Duties:
- Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception to completion
- Conduct thorough investigations into medical negligence cases
- Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their claims
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including court pleadings and witness statements
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law related to Clinical Negligence

Skills:
- Qualified solicitor, NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Cinical Negligence law
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively settle claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and case law related to clinical negligence
