The Company

This company operate within the financial services industry and have won countless awards over the last 10 years. They have offices across the UK and a team of around 10 Infrastructure/Support Engineers. They are considered industry leaders in what they do and have won awards for being one of the UKs top financial businesses. The company is based in Nottingham and the role is hybrid-remote - you'll be required to go into the office once a month but there may be more flexibility for the right candidate. The Role

Within the role you'll be working in partnership with key stakeholders from within the business in order to design efficient and scalable solutions based on Azure services, ensuring its suitability to business requirements. You'll be responding to a variety of incidents, as well as resolving troubleshooting issues and providing on time resolutions for cloud-related problems. You'll be liaising and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address system outages and issues with performance. Another aspect of the role is to implement load balancing and caching delivery solutions to once again increase performance and availability.

Skills/Experience We Are Looking Out For

• 3 years of experience in Azure services, including storage, computing and networking.
• Computer Science related Degree would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills to help liaise with stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of Infrastructure as Code
• Working experience of CI/CD
• Excellent knowledge around Terraform and/or Bicep
• DevOps experience is a bonus
• Containerization experience hugely advantageous but certainly not essential
