Are you a Commercial Account Handler or Broker with aspirations for a leadership role? Stifled by the lack of openings at your current company, the chance to manage a team of 3 Handlers in Nottingham might be just what you're seeking.

I'm in search of a seasoned Account Handler or perhaps an Underwriter with leadership experience to take the reins of a team of 3 Account Handlers while also providing invaluable support to a team of highly experienced Executives.

This opportunity has emerged due to the impending retirement of a long-serving employee in June, making it a rare chance for someone like you!

What you'll need:

?? Solid experience across commercial lines, particularly in commercial property.

?? Preferably, some form of Underwriting experience, as the role will entail managing the broker's Delegated Authority scheme ??

?? Ideally, some leadership/management/mentoring experience or a genuine desire to step into such a role.

With a flexible schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 at home, this position offers the perfect work-life balance. Moreover, being part of a larger London market group means you'll be surrounded by a fantastic team!

Exclusive to IPS Group, this role has yet to be advertised by the business itself, ensuring you won't find this opportunity ANYWHERE else ??
