Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Corporate Account Executives based in Northampton or Rugby.

Are you an accomplished Corporate Account Executive seeking a new challenge? We're thrilled to present a compelling opportunity with one of our esteemed clients, part of a Global broker.

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation poised for substantial growth in the coming years, maintains the values of a family-run business while embracing expansion. Collaboration, leadership, and ongoing personal development are core pillars of their corporate ethos.

As a Corporate Account Executive, you'll step into a role where you can inherit a book of business from a retiring executive, continuing their legacy of success. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of five years' experience in Corporate Account Management, adept at handling complex cases exceeding £50,000. Proficiency in Property & Casualty insurance, including PI, PO, Contractors, MLP, and Cyber is essential. We value individuals with a proactive mindset, capable of driving business growth and nurturing client relationships.

Emotional intelligence is paramount in our client's recruitment process, prioritising attitude over solely technical skills. While a comprehensive skill set is preferred, our client believes in the potential for skill development with the right mindset. Candidates with partial proficiency are encouraged to apply, and those with existing client portfolios will be highly regarded.
