Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of their customer interactions. Your mission? To provide outstanding service, resolve issues, and exceed expectations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love making a difference, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, purchasing, quality, planning, technical, transport, and SOP) to manage all operational aspects.
    • Ensure seamless processes from start to finish, aligned with customer expectations.
  2. Trusted Partner:
    • Immerse yourself in the team as a trusted and invaluable partner.
    • Communicate clearly with colleagues to maintain a high level of customer service.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach:
    • Put customers first! Ensure positive interactions across all communication channels.
    • Bridge internal and external communication to streamline workflow.
  4. Complaint Resolution:
    • Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.
    • Record customer interactions for tracking and improvement.
  5. Attention to Detail:
    • Be articulate and detail-oriented in all communications.
    • Accuracy matters when addressing customer issues.
  6. Flexibility and Problem-Solving:
    • Adapt to changing situations and find creative solutions.
    • Be a flexible problem solver who thrives on challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in customer service software and databases.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
