Do you have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service within a office environment and are looking for your next exciting opportunity?

Our fantastic client in Windsor are a leading Digital Healthcare firm that are continuing to grow and are looking for a great new Customer Service Advisor to join the team!

They are paying a salary of £22,500 to £23,500. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm and (37.5 hours a week) and they offer hybrid working after you complete your training! This will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
  • General administration such as issuing appointments
  • Data-entry
  • Diary work
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Making outgoing calls
  • Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
  • Ordering and processing medical records
  • Arranging medical tests/investigations as required

  • Hard worker
  • Organised and able to work on own initiatives
  • Problem Solver
  • Friendly and able to work well within a team
  • 1 year of transferable experience
  • Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language - Grade C or above)
