Customer Service Advisor Position Available

Our client, a well-established courier business, is expanding due to ongoing success and new client acquisitions. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team for a new project.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for client services, including processing client queries, answering phones, and liaising with delivery agents to progress shipments. Previous experience in a logistics/courier or similar environment is essential.

Position Remuneration:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Dependent on experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid Working: After probation, the role offers 2 days working from home per week, increasing to 3 days after a specified period.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, with an increase of one day per full year served, up to a maximum of 25 days.
