Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update database as necessary
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve any customer-related issues
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving set targets and objectives
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
  • Strive for continual improvement in customer service delivery

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry operations and customer service best practices
  • Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
