This Customer Services role will suit someone who is keen to learn and wants to work full time in the office of a large multi national business in Richmond.

Client Details

The client is a large and well known international business based in Richmond Upon Thames.

Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Providing day to day operational support of the department including telephone support for customers on minor technical problems

  • Processing of sales orders

  • Purchasing of parts and advance replacement sourcing

  • Answering the telephone

  • Updating and maintaining the system

Profile

The successful candidate will-

  • Have excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Be eager to learn and have a diligent approach
  • Be reliable
  • Be able to work under their own initiative
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Be able to work in the office 5 days a week.
