Customer Service Representative
This Customer Services role will suit someone who is keen to learn and wants to work full time in the office of a large multi national business in Richmond.
Client Details
The client is a large and well known international business based in Richmond Upon Thames.
Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
-
Providing day to day operational support of the department including telephone support for customers on minor technical problems

Processing of sales orders
-
Purchasing of parts and advance replacement sourcing
-
Answering the telephone
- Updating and maintaining the system
Profile
The successful candidate will-
- Have excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
- Be eager to learn and have a diligent approach
- Be reliable
- Be able to work under their own initiative
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Be able to work in the office 5 days a week.
