Our client is a successful business on the outskirts of Leicester. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave.

Main duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers
  • Providing technical advice on products
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Producing invoices
  • Updating customers regarding deliveries
  • Answering queries quickly and efficiently
  • General aftersales administrative support

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A strong work ethic and the want to get involved in a varied role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Calm and professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills
