Our client based in Cardiff City Centre is looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment.

This is an office-based role and you will be required to work 24 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the flexibility to cover holidays when required.

Working as part of a busy team you will provide administration support to clients within a serviced office environment and duties will include: -
  • Liaising with clients both over the telephone and face to face.
  • Booking and arranging meeting rooms.
  • Organising refreshments.
  • Carrying out safety checks.
  • Dealing with queries.
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock levels.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Providing front of house Reception cover when required.

The successful candidate will have: -
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word & Excel.
  • The ability to prioritise work loads ensuring deadlines are met.
