This is an office-based role and you will be required to work 24 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the flexibility to cover holidays when required.
Working as part of a busy team you will provide administration support to clients within a serviced office environment and duties will include: -
- Liaising with clients both over the telephone and face to face.
- Booking and arranging meeting rooms.
- Organising refreshments.
- Carrying out safety checks.
- Dealing with queries.
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Providing front of house Reception cover when required.
The successful candidate will have: -
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word & Excel.
- The ability to prioritise work loads ensuring deadlines are met.
