A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for Field Service Engineers for a permanent contact on behalf of our client based in Grays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install new equipment and systems at customer sites.
  • Configure and test equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues when equipment malfunctions.
  • Repair or replace faulty components to restore functionality.
  • Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

Requirements:

  • Electrical and Mechanical background required
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Full clean Driving License

Monday to Friday : 8am-6pm

Overtimes available : X1.5
