Here at settle we are looking for a Finance Business Partner working with our Development team. You will analyse financial and non-financial records and combine these to create and report meaningful management information for the Property Services side of settle's business.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Review or produce account reconciliations
  • Support budget holders through the budget cycle
  • Support budget holders with coding and other finance queries
  • Prepare and present management accounts and reports to the relevant internal stakeholders in the business
  • Assist with the external and external audits
  • Development - business partnering and reporting
  • Oversee scheme appraisals and cashflow monitoring
  • Support the Development project group
  • Month-end close
  • Budget and forecast - revenue and capital
  • Oversee development systems
  • Oversee Assistant Accountants x 1 

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Has previous experience within Social Housing working alongside development in a senior Finance role.
  • Methodical, organised, efficient and effective
  • Attention to detail
