Page Personnel are working with a Housing Association in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Carlisle, who are looking to appoint a Financial Transactions Team Leader on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for line managing a team and ensuring processes are in place to deal with a high volume of transaction

The client is a social housing provider covering Cumbria and the North East of England. They offer standard housing options alongside independent living schemes, as well as supporting tenants with finances, rent and benefits applications.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Financial Transactions Team Leader include:

• Line managing the Transactional finance team
• Identifying and implementing improvements to systems
• Ensuring all reconciliations are performed efficiently
• Overseeing the KPIs for the transactional function

Profile

The successful Financial Transactions Team Leader should have:

• Experience working in a transactional finance role
• Ability to support and lead a team
• Experience dealing with high volume of transactions
• Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

• £35,000 - £38,000 salary
• Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
• Flexible working hours
• 22 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)
