I'm recruiting for a Fresh Produce Procurement Trader,

Company:
A pioneering force in the fresh produce industry with a diverse portfolio that's cherished by consumers across the UK. Sourcing its products from around the world, it prides itself on delivering high-quality food to its customers.

Role:
As the Procurement Trader, your time will be split between overseeing sourcing and purchasing activities across the international market for fresh produce directly with growers and having defined category responsibilities to ensure a steady supply of high-quality produce while optimising costs and mitigating risks.

What you'll need:
- Fresh produce knowledge is required
- Understanding of import, export and customs
- Highly organised with strong computer literacy
- Dynamic individual eager to engage and drive career advancement
