KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish the London agency, primarily focusing on media planning and buying
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies
  • Forge and nurture key industry relationships, elevating the agency’s profile and opening doors to new business opportunities
  • Facilitate a seamless collaboration with our other agency to leverage shared resources and expertise during the initial phase
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership by recruiting and cultivating a London-based team, guiding the transition from a new agency to a fully independent operation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in the media industry, with a proven track record in media planning and buying
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and growing a team or agency, focusing on media-related services
  • An innate ability to disrupt and innovate within the media industry, challenging the status quo and driving forward creative solutions
  • Strong networking skills, with the capability to develop and maintain industry relationships that support business growth
  • A visionary leader with strategic foresight, adept at setting and achieving ambitious goals
