I'm currently working exclusively with a well-known and respected Global (Re)Insurer on the appointment of a Head of Claims Oversight and Governance. Reporting into the Chief Claims Officer, this is a newly created position that will play a pivotal role in driving business results through shaping and embedding effective reporting and governance across the group.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring alignment of reporting and data management across the group
  • Shaping and embedding appropriate standards, aligning with industry best practices
  • Leading the implementation of appropriate governance across the group to ensure compliance with regulations and effective risk management is maintained
  • Reporting on industry changes and market conditions that could affect claims results
  • Supporting the Chief Claims Officer with ad hoc claims initiatives
