- Qualifications: Your expertise in this subject will need to shine through whilst also demonstrating outstanding pedagogy and adaptability.
- Passion: A genuine passion for introducing SEND students to the wide range of Science skills and knowledge.

As the Lead Teacher of Science, your role involves:
- Student Achievement: Collaborate within the Science department to enhance student achievement.
- Departmental Development: Lead the ongoing development initiatives within the department.
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach the Science curriculum to students at key stages 3 and 4, up to GCSE level.
- Enrichment and Support: Support enrichment activities and intervention programs within the Science department
