Job Description:
HGV Class 2 Qualified driver required for a full time, permanent role in Keynsham
to ensure goods are transported to customers in a safe and efficient manner. Our client provides training, support, and opportunities for career progression through commitment to creating a great work environment where individuals are encouraged to be the best.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the delivery of products to customers, with key accountability for ensuring the quality and timing of service is excellent.
• This role requires high attention to the loading and unloading of materials to ensure that load security is compliant at all times.
• The Driver will also maintain high standards of housekeeping and vehicle cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all legal, security, health and safety requirements.
• It is the Driver's responsibility to make sure they have access to Transport Polices & Procedures which is located in each branch and to work in accordance as documented.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 07.30am to 5pm

What will you bring to the role?
Essential:

• Class 2 HGV Licence (Cat C)
• Working knowledge of current transport legislation
• Valid CPC (valid hours report)
• Valid Tachograph Card
• Good understanding/knowledge of Tachograph Regulations and use of

Desired:

• Minimum GCSEs grade C or above in Maths & English or equivalent
• Clean Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
• Lorry Mounted Crane Certificate (with remote control)
• Forklift qualification (counterbalance licence)
• Product knowledge of building products
