Description

The role of the HR Co-Ordinator will include:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and team building events
  • Handle the administration of all employee benefits
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Profile

A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Job Offer

On offer is a salary between £25,000 - £28,000
