KM4HR are seeking to recruit and experienced HRIS Manager for their Herts based client, in this newly created role.

Reporting in the senior HR team, we require a Payroll specialist with advanced knowledge of iTrent to lead on key projects while building operational workflows and processes.

Daily you will actively be involved in the following areas;

  • Maintaining, reviewing and improving workflow processes
  • Managing upgrades and thoroughly reviewing functionality
  • Improvement suggestion for the business
  • Streamlining processes and creating manuals for all
  • Budget management and review
  • Managing several software integrations for all relevant & required stakeholders
  • Operationally maintain information held for all staff
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of payroll when required
  • Handling internal queries relating to systems and payroll specifically
  • Adhoc HR administration support
