IFA Admin

Idex Consulting are working exclusively with an IFA firm based in the west end of Glasgow. They are looking for a Senior IFA Support to join the team due to new Advisers joining.

This firm have a team of 5 Financial Planners, 2 Mortgage Advisers and have 6 admin support/Paraplanners looking after them.

The role will include:

• Prepare suitability reports
• Using Intelligent Office system and a variety of platforms
• Obtain quotes, illustrations, product information and appropriate paperwork
• Prepare annual reviews/valuations
• Process new business
• Liaise with providers
• Deal with client queries
• Ensure all in house databases/spreadsheets are updated accordingly
