About the Role:
We are partnering with a dynamic organisation seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller. As part of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations during a transitional period. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to contribute their expertise and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with auditors during year-end processes.
  
  Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor financial performance against targets.
  
  Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process optimisation and cost reduction.
• Streamline financial procedures and enhance efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and senior management.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
