Description

• Interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide product information and assistance.
• Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to meet company targets.
• Resolving customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Working cooperatively with the Customer Service team to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall growth of the retail department.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge to provide informed service to customers.

Profile

A successful 'Internal Sales Representative' should have:

• A strong educational background, preferably with a focus on business or retail.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the retail industry.
• Proven skills in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong team-working skills, with the ability to also work independently.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with sales software and MS Office.
