My client is a world-renowned retail manufacturing company, with several sites spread across the globe. They're looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician who is eager to learn and improve their craft. IT Support Technician
£25,000 - £30,000
Durham/Onsite

Day-to-Day:

  • Provide first-line support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and offering guidance on system usage.
  • Respond to help desk tickets and service requests promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and patches on user devices.
  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Document solutions to common issues and create user guides as needed.
  • Ensure integrity of data and backups are in line with policies and disaster recovery plans.
