Calling on all Portfolio managers looking for a temp position for the next few months! We are searching for an experienced portfolio manager to manage an estate portfolio and support the whole process.

Within this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of 100 properties managing all aspects of the marketing & letting process, negotiating tenancy renewals, and handling all tenants’ queries. You will also be handling the relationship between the estate and the letting agencies as well as heading up the residential customer service team.

Not only are we looking for someone experienced, but you must have fantastic communication skills as you will be working with High-Net-Worths, so you need an understanding of the high level of service required. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the residential sector as well as previous experience working with a high-net-worth portfolio. You must also be ARLA qualified.
This is a heavily reactive role, so you need to be able to think on your feet, have the ability to prioritise and be real problem solver. It suits someone who is a great multitasker, uber organised and has great attention to detail.

This is a temp booking for 3-6 months and ideally, we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately but please still apply if you are on a notice of up to 1 month. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with 1 day working from home, hours are 9:30am-5:30pm.
