A great opportunity for a person with some customer service experience, gained in an office based role. Our client is seeking a vibrant and focused New Business Team Representative to join their team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and agents making requests about the products and services offered by the company.
Key Responsibilities for a New Business Team Representative:
- Retain an up to date expertise of all products and services offered by the company
- Answer swiftly, precisely, and effectively to requests from existing and prospective customers and other relevant third parties
- Advertise the company’s products and services
- Provide support and cover for other team members as requested
- Follow up enquiries made through marketing activities
- Proactively call our existing customers to provide details of alternative products
- After completing probation there is an opportunity to apply to study for professional qualifications which is paid for by the company
