Juice is delighted to be working with this reputable company that, due to a phase of significant growth is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee its night operations. Based in South Bristol, this role entails managing an accredited security centre with a focus on technology-led solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk and cost.

You Will Be:

  • Be a hands-on manager with established leadership skills.
  • A proactive approach to managing a diverse team.
  • Be proficient at embracing new technologies and services while demonstrating resilience and adaptability to address daily operational challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing night services team, including alarm handling and helpdesk operations.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating closely with operational teams to foster a "one-team" spirit and achieve common goals.
  • Analysing data to drive operational improvements and ensure efficient staff rostering.
  • Supporting incident management and investigation in collaboration with the technical helpdesk team.
  • Assisting senior leadership in showcasing services and capabilities to clients.

You Will Have:

  • Minimum 5 years proven success in a similar, supervisory role.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Experience managing diverse teams in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must live within 40 minutes commute from Bristol.
  • Full-time role (42 hours/week) with flexible hours, including night shifts.
