We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Customer Service Department in the thriving Media & Agency industry.

Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department
  • Ensure customer queries are handled effectively and promptly
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Prepare reports on customer service performance for senior management

Profile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Strong analytical experience.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Media & Agency industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
